They have strange hair do's.

WHY DID U CHOSE THIS PARTICULAR PICTURE ...ANY MOTIVE BEHIND THIS ?
very nice
Can you provide any biographical details or sources on the artist? My wife is intrigued.
Adv Jaya Nair: As it is clearly evident from the many posts on RBSI yesterday, the theme for the day was 'Travancore'!
And also... this is such a splendid painting!!
@Jimi Wilson- Ramaswami Naidu was a court-artist who trained, among others, the great Rajah R. Ravi Varma. He was a well-admired artist and got commissioned a great deal in the prevalent circles of the day. Many of his other works are not out there since nobody recognises the value, being unknown, locked away in the attics of private homes and so on.
Raja Ravi Varma's women were never topless!
Simply a s a d h a r a n
There no words to praise Rama Swamy Naidu Ji.He is Viswokarma in Canvas.......Deshraj...+
