Hello Subbiah, Thanks for posting this man's book. I had never heard of this man before, so I looked him up, and he had an extraordinarily interesting career. Raja Ram Mohan Roy was a revolutionary. He was the one who fought for the end of 'Sati'.
That was the beginning of the Bengal renaissance
Yet Macauley's famous Minutes, that helped usher in the teaching of English is so offensive in tone :-)
