Ganesh Pole in the Fortress-Palace of Amber whose construction was started in 1592 CE, after Raja Mansingh - as a commander of the Akbarian army - sacked Kabul.

The replica of this majestic "Ganesh Pol" gateway which graces the Diwan-e-aam chowk of Amber ,as constructed in the Birla auditorium at Sawai Jai Singh statue circle in Jaipur, in our times, as a mirror image of the original above is a very laudable effort by the Birlas indeed.
